Oil-proof paper bag common quality problems

The common quality problems in the production process of oil-proof paper bags mainly come from two aspects, one is the product quality problems caused by the problem of the oil-proof paper material itself; The other is the quality of the production process and environmental impact of oil-proof paper bags. The following are elaborated:

1, oil-proof paper bag material itself

Oil-proof paper bag as a printed matter, the nature of the coated paper itself, the performance of the ink, the density of the printed text, etc., all affect the quality of oil-proof paper bag printing. If the coating paper with poor uniformity is used for printing, the amount of ink absorption and the speed of absorption are inconsistent in the format. Will cause paper tightness, evenness, smoothness, moisture quantitative changes. If the ink printing layer is too thick and thick, the wetting, diffusion and penetration ability of the adhesive molecules is poor, the movement of the molecules between each other is not too lively, and the mechanical binding force is small.

2, the impact of process operation and printing environment on the quality of oil-proof paper bags

When the greased paper is coated, a layer of adhesive is first coated on the surface of the plastic film, although after drying treatment, it still cannot meet the requirements of the film. In this case, the solvent is increased to dilute the adhesive concentration in order to dry quickly, but the moisture content is too high, and the bubble with air is easy to appear when the pressure is applied to the film, and then the skin is peeled off. At the same time, the film is easy to absorb oil, water, dust and other substances in the air, thereby reducing its surface function. Excessive humidity will also affect the volatilization of solvents in the adhesive. Too much residual solvent will produce air isolation in the film, so that the film can not be stuck on, at the same time, the roller pressure is not uniform, the roller itself is uneven, and the dirt on the roller will cause wrinkles when the film is sprayed.
