In order not to produce ghosting, the following solutions can be taken:
① Reduce the speed of ascent. We can adjust the cylinder (or hydraulic cylinder) speed regulating valve (throttle valve or throttle valve) on the plate heat transfer press, turn down the valve that controls the pressure plate to lift, so that the speed of the pressure plate to lift is slower, so that the paper and fabric are not easy to be sucked up together when the pressure plate is lifted, so as to avoid the problem of falling down the secondary transfer.
② Four corners dipping method. If the transfer paper is smaller than the fabric, you can apply a little water (a small point, ≤0.5 square cm) on the 4 corners of the transfer paper without a print pattern and then cover the fabric transfer, and the place where the water is dipped in the transfer is bonded with the fabric, and the double shadow of the second transfer will not be mispositioned with the fabric after the transfer. If there is a burnt yellow on the fabric after transfer, you can erase it with clean water.
③ Overlay method. If the sublimation transfer paper is larger than the fabric and can cover the surface of the fabric, then the paper and fabric are generally not sucked up by the hot press plate, this is because the physical reason for being sucked up is the electrostatic effect of the fabric, and when the paper covers the fabric, the electrostatic effect on the fabric is cut off, it will not suck up and fall down the second transfer.
④ Use special adhesive transfer paper. The best way to avoid gelling is to use a special sticky transfer paper, sticky transfer paper will be attached to the fabric in the transfer, so that no matter how the paper and fabric are sucked up and fall down, the paper and the fabric are always attached together, eliminating the possibility of displacement and gelling, the use of sticky paper can greatly improve the convenience of operation and the pass rate of mass production.
